Among the notable buildings is the Kolegiata św. Mikołaja i Wojciecha. Its present appearance resulted from alterations made in 1492–1520 and 1902–1903. Organized kayaking trips start in Sielpia and follow the Czarna Konecka for about six kilometers to Jacentów, beyond the bridge. The kayaking route passes through protected Natura 2000 areas.

Sielpia has three Nordic walking routes. Special poles can be borrowed free of charge from the local Ośrodek Sportu i Rekreacji. If you prefer cycling, you can follow the circular route “Rowerem dookoła Końskich”: it is 45 kilometers long and starts and ends in Sielpia. The stated route length helps you assess it as a cycling route in its own right; it does not imply a walking or cycling time.
