Another option is the 49 km cycling route around Lwówek Śląski. It has sections of varying difficulty and takes approximately five hours. This time estimate helps with day planning; the 93 km loop, by contrast, is defined above all by its length and route through all five district towns. The cross-border ER-6 cycling route between Žaclerz (CZ) and Bolesławiec also passes through Lwówek County.
Hiking and kayaking
More than 150 km of hiking trails are marked in the county. Three popular hiking routes with a combined length of around 100 km also run through the Bóbr Valley Landscape Park and its buffer zone. These are totals for several routes, not the length of a single hike.
One individual route is the hiking trail from Lwówek Śląski to Góra Heleny: it is almost 16 km long and takes around four hours to walk. This makes it possible to estimate the time for this specific hike separately from the combined lengths of the hiking trail networks.
