The location can therefore be identified by its distinctive natural features: the spur, valley and eastern ravine together describe the Gród's setting. The site covers about 0.13 hectares. Parts of a single rampart and ditch survive; the earth ramparts are well preserved. The area and earthworks make the site's archaeological character tangible, while the surrounding landform defines its precise location. Another point of interest is the historic Motycz railway station. The station complex is listed in the state register of historic monuments. After renovation and revitalisation were completed in 2021, the station once again began serving passengers. Its reopening adds a specific date to the station's transport history.
