Skrzebowa: Church, Loreto Ruins and Rural Culture

The parish church in Skrzebowa was built in 1936–1937 in the Neo-Romanesque style. The building and its furnishings span different periods: the church dates from the 20th century, while the font and image are considerably older. Another historic landmark is the ruin of a former Loreto chapel. The chapel was built as a replica of the House of the Holy Family; its ruins were entered in the register of monuments in 2013. Unlike the parish church, this is a former chapel in ruinous form, associated with the traditional account of the replica of the House of the Holy Family.
