The 8th Family Festival took place on 29 June 2014 at the primary school sports field. Students performed songs and skits on stage for three hours. The “Piotrkowianie” folk group from Piotrków Kujawski also performed. The programme brought together performances by the local school and an appearance by the folk group. Guests could enjoy traditional Kuyavian pea soup, grilled sausages, zapiekanki, French fries, hamburgers, ice cream and cake. An auction and a raffle rounded out the festival. Visitors could also buy ornamental shrubs, ornamental trees and various household items on the school grounds. The event at the time thus combined stage performances with food, entertainment and sales; this describes the 2014 festival, not a current offering.

Volunteer fire brigade anniversary

On 1 June 2024, the OSP Dębołęka–Rudzk Duży Volunteer Fire Brigade in Dębołęka celebrated two anniversaries: 90 years of the fire brigade in Dębołęka and 40 years since its unit was established. The official programme included speeches, a mass and awards. Artistic performances rounded out the programme. At the end, participants ate together at the fire station. The two anniversary figures refer to different points in time: one commemorates the fire brigade in Dębołęka, the other its unit. Together with the official programme and performances, this made for a different kind of event than the 2014 Family Festival. The shared meal was part of this celebration and was not a public dining offer.

Family picnic with a concert

A family picnic took place in Dębołęka on 15 June 2025. Artists attended at the invitation of the local primary school. Agnieszka, Paulina, Tomek, Szymon, Karol and Robert gave a concert featuring their favourite hits. Unlike the student and folk performances at the 2014 Family Festival, these six artists and their concert were named specifically. The event thus combined a picnic with a particular musical feature; it was a one-off event, not evidence of recurring performances.
