Church History and Art in Radziszów
The first documented references to a wooden church in Radziszów date to 1325. Construction of the new brick church was completed in 1847. Inside the church, an oil painting from 1769 occupies the central place at the altar; it depicts Saint Lawrence. The furnishings also include a stone baptismal font from the 17th century. It probably remained in its original place during the fire of 1844.

Manor House and Wayside Shrine Chapel
The Dwór Dzieduszyckich is a late-classical building in Radziszów. It was built with funds from the Dzieduszycki family; the design was created by the Kraków architect and Jesuit Sebastian Alojzy Sierakowski. The manor house was built in the 19th century as an endowment of the family. Its architectural style and the fact that its designer is known by name offer another perspective on local history, distinct from the church interior.
A different historic structure marks the centre of the rural settlement of Radziszów: a tall, two-storey wayside shrine chapel dating to 1861. The manor house, church and chapel represent different architectural styles and periods. Forest, Hiking Route and Views
The Bronaczowa Forest lies nearby. In the northeastern part of the forest, the 26.52-hectare “Kozie Kąty” nature reserve was established in March 1989. A recommended hike through the forest passes among oak, beech and fir trees that are more than 100 years old. These old trees create a different impression from the dated buildings in the town.
The Malowniczy Radziszów route leads to Wytrzyszczek Hill. In clear weather, you can see Kalwaria Zebrzydowska from there, among other places; the view therefore explicitly depends on weather conditions. Kingfishers can often be spotted at the forest ponds in the Bronaczowa Forest, although a sighting is not guaranteed. The forest ponds and Wytrzyszczek Hill complement the sights in town with natural attractions nearby.
