History
The Mory estate was separated from the Bronisze estate in the 19th century or in the first years of the 20th century. The Towarzystwo Ogrodnicze Warszawskie purchased the 80-morgen Mory estate for 75,000 rubles in order to establish an experimental farm for local horticulture. A plan for the development of the Mory estate included experimental stations and a horticultural school.
