Lake and Waterways Around Borsk
Lake Wdzydze, the largest lake in the Wdzydze Landscape Park, is located near Borsk. It covers 16 km² and is more than 70 m deep; locals call it the “Kashubian Sea.” A marina in Borsk offers rentals of water and recreational equipment at the lake. The 210 km kayaking route in Wdzydze Landscape Park runs from Lipusz via Lakes Schodno, Słupinko, Radolne and Wdzydze to Borsk. In addition, the canoe route on the Wda River and Wda Canal is marked along a stretch of more than 15 km from Borsk via Żebrowo and Bąk to Miedzno. Check the current condition of the trail markings on site.

Hiking and Air Sports
The Wdzydze hiking trail passes through Borsk and crosses the Wda River at kilometre 12 via a footbridge. This crossing provides a specific landmark along the trail. Check the condition of the bridge before setting out.
At Borsk Airfield, training is offered for qualification certificates as a paraglider pilot for all PGP types, as well as as a pilot of an UAG(L) ultralight autogyro. The two training options concern different aircraft and qualifications. If you are interested in training, make your enquiry based on the certificate and aircraft you want.
At the airfield, paragliders are mainly towed by vehicle to an altitude of 500–700 m. A stationary double-drum winch with 1,600 m-long cables is also used. It is used mainly for training and supports towing when needed. The methods have different roles: vehicle towing is the primary method, while the winch is used mainly for training and supplements it when needed.
