Culture and History

The Zakrzewo water tower dates from the early 20th century and stands at the former Linia-Zakrzewo railway station. Zakrzewo is also home to a historic fire engine. The historic rural settlement layout of Zakrzewo is designated as an area within a heritage protection zone.

The former Protestant cemetery in Zakrzewo is located outside the built-up area south of the village. It is no longer in use and dates from the 19th century through the 1930s.

Nature

Białe Błoto is a peat bog covering approximately 9 hectares in Zakrzewo, on the municipal boundary. It is home to transitional and raised bog communities, as well as rare species such as hummock and hollow bog vegetation, round-leaved sundew, oblong-leaved sundew, marsh rosemary, and crowberry.

The natural attractions along Route 7 include Jezioro Morzyc and the surrounding forest. Route 7 runs between Jezioro Morzyc and Jezioro Trepczykowe. Access on Route 7 is straight and without inclines.

PKS Gdynia bus route 612 runs via Linia and Zakrzewo.
