Industrial history and historic buildings
Park Tradycji opened in 2012 on the site of the former “Michał” mine. It is housed in the former engine house of the “Krystyn” shaft. Park “Górnik” was once a palace park and formerly served as the grounds of the “Zameczek” for the owners of Michałkowice. The pond in the park was revitalised in 2006.
