Right next to the primary school stand an English oak and a small-leaved lime, both registered as natural monuments. The oak has a circumference of 480 cm, stands 19 m tall and is about 400 years old. The small-leaved lime has a circumference of 360 cm, reaches 21 m in height and is also estimated to be about 400 years old. In direct comparison, the lime is two metres taller, while the oak has a circumference 120 cm greater; both ages remain estimates.
The manor house in Łobozew was built of brick for the Leszczyński family at the end of the 19th century. Remnants of the former manor park have survived around the manor house in Łobozew Dolny. These include old birches, maples, hornbeams and Norway spruces, as well as large-leaved limes and English oaks classified as natural monuments. The building history of the manor house and the surviving park trees thus represent different aspects of the village's history.
Manor House Culture and Old Cottages
The manor house grounds lie on the “Szlak kultury dworskiej” (Manor House Culture Trail). Another sightseeing route, “Szlakiem zabytków po Pogórzu Bieszczadów”, passes through Łobozew Dolny; old cottages are listed there as an attraction. The routes have different emphases: one explicitly names manor house culture, while the other links its route through the village with old cottages as a theme. The manor house in Łobozew houses the Centrum Turystyki Aktywnej; a historic building that formerly served as a primary school was adapted for the centre. When it opened in March 2023, the centre was designed as a year-round sports and recreation complex; its offer was aimed primarily at excursions and groups wishing to spend time actively in nature.
