In Brylińce, next to the former Orthodox church, which is now a parish church, there is a First World War cemetery. It contains the remains of unidentified Austro-Hungarian soldiers who died during the fighting around the Przemyśl Fortress in 1915.

Brylińce lies on the Bryliński Stream, a tributary of the Olszanka.
A hiking trail reaches Brylińce from Olszany and passes a church built of brick, dedicated to Saint Basil the Great, on a hill in the village.
