Niedalino lies on the Radew and along provincial road 167. In the village centre is a former manor park, bordered by Lake Niedalino. There is also a church with distinctive architectural features and several cycling and kayaking routes. If you are considering Niedalino as a base, you can focus your interests on three specific themes: the park and lake, the history of the church, or routes along the waterways.

Manor Park, Lake and River

The former manor park in the centre of Niedalino was created in the second half of the 19th century. Together with the adjoining Lake Niedalino, it forms a continuous landscape complex. The lake covers 14 hectares. The park’s old-growth trees include silver birches, European beeches, ash trees, maples and horse chestnuts. The history of the parkland is thus connected with a distinctive landscape of mature trees and an adjoining body of water.

The Radew is another point of reference: Niedalino lies on the river, which is part of a protected area. The local landscape can therefore be understood through the park and lake as well as the river.

Church and Local History

Niedalino has a single-nave church dedicated to Our Lady of Częstochowa. It has no tower or separate chancel. A chancel is the area by the altar; in this church, it is not separated from the nave by a distinct partition. These three features—the single-nave layout, the absence of a tower and the lack of a separate chancel—give the church a clearly defined architectural profile.

The church was formerly used as a cemetery chapel. A cemetery dating from the late 19th century surrounds it. Anyone interested in architectural and local history can find the church’s former use and its cemetery setting closely connected here.

Cycling and Kayaking Routes

The 58-kilometre Radew kayaking route passes through Niedalino. Along the way, you can see a historic hydroelectric power station in the village. Two other routes offer different options for choosing a cycling trip: the blue Palace Route runs from Niedalino along a forest path beside the Radew and Lake Hajka towards Rosnowo. The red Trasa Słoneczna (Sunny Route) passes through the village as a circular route: Manowo–Niedalino–Rosnowo–Zacisze–Manowo. The blue route thus heads from Niedalino towards Rosnowo, while the red route connects the listed places in a loop.

There are also different options when choosing a body of water. Nearby, the Radew is suitable for kayaking and fishing. On nearby Lake Hajka, there are quieter stretches that are well suited to less experienced kayakers. This distinguishes the activities available on the river from the particularly calm stretches on the lake. There are also recreational opportunities near Lake Hajka, close to Niedalino. The Hajka hydroelectric power station is located in the surrounding forests.

Events and Finding Accommodation

Events for the entire municipality and powiat are traditionally held each year in Niedalino’s recreational area. If you would like to combine your stay with an event, check the dates for your travel period.

When looking for a hotel in Niedalino, you can first decide which aspect of the village matters most for your trip: the park-and-lake landscape in the centre, the church and cemetery history, or a particular cycling or kayaking route. This helps you choose where to stay based on specific interests without combining the different routes into a single trip.
