Lipie: Hotels and accommodations

The manor farm complex of Lipie includes a brick distillery dating from the 19th or early 20th century, which was rebuilt at the beginning of the 20th century. Also part of the complex is the brick four-family house No. 24, dating from the fourth quarter of the 19th century.

Trails
Within the municipality of Miłosław, an approximately 8 km-long red circular trail runs from Miłosław railway station via Winna Góra, the Miłosławkatal valley and Miłosław Park. The blue hiking trail also runs there from Miłosław Park via Sarnice to Czeszewo; it is 9.0 km long.
The red hiking trail passes through wooded, island-like elevations and the valley of the Miłosławka River with fish ponds. In Winna Góra, which lies on this red hiking trail, there is the burial site of General Jan Henryk Dąbrowski.
Nature
Within the municipality of Miłosław, the “Dwunastak” nature reserve in the Czeszewo area protects communities of oak-hornbeam forests and ash-alder forests. The “Czeszewski Las” nature reserve protects natural forests and oxbow lakes there in the Warta floodplain.
The protected lime tree avenue lies on both sides of the road between Lipie and Miłosław. The protected small-leaved lime tree avenue near Lipie and Miłosław features trees with trunk circumferences of 140 to 420 cm and a height of 18 m.
In the Lipie area, a lime tree avenue runs along the road from Karpaty to Miłosław. It originally comprised 70 lime trees and is protected as a natural monument; today, it consists of 66 lime trees and 16 trees of other species.
A group of six oaks in the Sarnice forest district, compartment 43c, is protected as a natural monument in the Lipie area; it was designated a natural monument on 15 December 1956.
In the Lipie area, a tree on the left side of the road from Biechowo to Gorzyce is protected as a natural monument; it was designated a natural monument on 20 May 1986.
In the Czeszewo forest district, compartment 80rn, a tree in the Lipie area is protected as a natural monument; it was designated a natural monument on 27 December 2006.
