Santoczno has a half-timbered church with a single-nave layout, dedicated to the Feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord, with galleries and dating from the 18th and 19th centuries. A memorial stone commemorating the former ironworks was erected in front of the church in 2005.
Ironworks and Local History
The former ironworks in Santoczno produced wire, nails and bar iron; in 1785, several components of an early German steam engine were manufactured there.
There was a former metallurgical plant in Santoczno on ul. Parkowa, dating from 1899–1901.
The Kottke inn and a smithy are part of Santoczno’s historic townscape.
