In the wider area around Szarki, the canoeing route on the Liswarta runs from Starokrzepice for 41 km to Kule. Via the Warta, the route can be extended to Działoszyn, making a total of 57 km. The Liswarta has very clean water and numerous rapids; the river is not easy to navigate throughout, although some sections are suitable for children.

Along the Liswarta canoeing route, there are warnings about dangers on the river, information about portage points and rest areas, as well as information about sights. Culture and History
In the vicinity of Krzepice, the single-nave Gothic parish church of St James the Apostle, built of red brick, stands at a corner of the market square. It was founded in the 14th century by King Casimir the Great; its appearance combines Gothic origins with Baroque elements added later.
The Jewish cemetery of Krzepice is also located in the vicinity of Krzepice. It is considered one of the largest concentrations of cast-iron matzevot in Europe.
In the vicinity of Danków, Danków Fortress was extensively rebuilt and equipped with bastion fortifications in the 1630s. After the fire of 1767, it increasingly fell into ruin and was dismantled down to its foundations in the second half of the 19th century; its ramparts were preserved in the 1960s.
The pilgrimage church of the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Danków was built in the vicinity of Danków between 1641 and 1675 within Danków Fortress. The 17th-century church building has been preserved. The image of Our Lady of Danków was solemnly crowned on 25 May 2002.
Geographical Location
In the municipality of Krzepice, the Wieluń Upland stretches between Wieluń and Częstochowa. The Liswarta and Prosna Depression is also located there, drained by the upper courses of the Liswarta and the Prosna.
