The first references to Dobryszyce date from the 14th century, and its historic town layout dates back to the Middle Ages. Dobryszyce is also considered the oldest part of the original Radomsko fortified settlement. These details give the town a long historical context. The park and school building thus represent different periods of construction and development on the former manor grounds.
The granary is also part of the manor ensemble. Built in the 1930s, it is one of the surviving manor buildings by the school.
