Traces of the Manor Estate and Local History

Remains of the manor park from the turn of the 20th century have been preserved in Garnek. The historic park included rare tree species and landscaped avenues. Individual buildings also point to the manor estate's history: the former manor gatehouse dates from 1898. The former estate also includes a brick granary from the early 20th century. Only the cellars of the Moraczewski family manor house remain.

Edward Reszke is also associated with the Garnek estate. He bought it in 1895 and built a manor house in Garnek. This ownership history adds a timeline to the surviving buildings: the purchase and construction of the manor house are part of the area's history, while the gatehouse and granary offer separate clues to the development of the former estate.

The parish cemetery is another historical point of interest. It dates from 1902 and is listed as a monument in the plan. The parish church's history goes back further: the parish's former church dated from 1750 and was burned down on 13 May 1944. Construction of the replacement church in Garnek began on 7 October 1947; the new church was consecrated on 2 September 1951.
