The museum holds more than 18,000 objects covering art, history, ethnography, archaeology, numismatics, military history and poster art. With this wide-ranging collection, culturally minded travellers will find a variety of points of interest during their visit.
One particularly distinctive collection focus is coffin portraits: with 220 objects, the museum has Poland’s largest collection of this kind.
